We are looking for a friendly, organized, and professional Front Desk Agent to be the face of our organization. In this role, you will be the first point of contact for guests, clients, or visitors, ensuring every interaction is welcoming and efficient.
Responsibilities:
Greet and welcome guests, visitors, and clients in a warm and professional manner
Manage check-in and check-out procedures accurately and efficiently
Answer and direct incoming phone calls, emails, and inquiries
Maintain accurate records, reservations, and bookings using property management or scheduling software
Handle guest requests, concerns, and complaints with patience and professionalism, escalating issues when necessary
Process payments, issue receipts, and maintain a balanced cash drawer
Coordinate with housekeeping, maintenance, and other departments to ensure seamless service
Provide information about services, amenities, local attractions, and directions
Monitor and manage the front desk area to ensure it remains tidy and presentable
Follow all company policies, security procedures, and emergency protocols
Qualifications
High school diploma or equivalent; hospitality or business coursework is a plus
Prior experience in a front desk, receptionist, or customer service role preferred
Strong verbal and written communication skills
Proficiency with computers and ability to learn property management or scheduling software
Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to remain calm under pressure
Ability to work a flexible schedule, including evenings, weekends, and holidays
