Gift certificates are not valid towards purchases of tickets to local attractions. Gratuity cannot be paid via gift certificate. The Indian Head Resort is not responsible for lost or stolen gift certificates and will not reimburse stolen funds. The gift certificate holder is responsible for presenting the certificate to a staff member at time of use. Gift certificates are non-refundable. In the event the gift certificate recipient requires a refund, the amount will be refunded back to the gift certificate. Cannot be exchanged or redeemed for cash.
