Chef Adam shows us how to prepare the perfect Chicken Chimichanga.

Recipe

1 ea       12” flour tortilla
1 ea       Shredded chicken breast (cooked)
1 tsp      Cajun seasoning
2 oz       Mixed cheddar cheese
2 oz       Avocado, diced
2 oz       Oil (for cooking)
2oz        Sour Cream

Instructions

  1. Lay tortilla flat. Fill with chicken, cajun seasoning and cheese. Roll tightly, tucking ends in so the filling does not fall out.
  2. Saute in oil over medium heat until golden brown on all sides, about 4 minutes.
  3. Slice and put on a plate, garnish with avocado and sour cream.
