Chef Adam shows us how to prepare the perfect Chicken Chimichanga.
Recipe
1 ea 12” flour tortilla
1 ea Shredded chicken breast (cooked)
1 tsp Cajun seasoning
2 oz Mixed cheddar cheese
2 oz Avocado, diced
2 oz Oil (for cooking)
2oz Sour Cream
Instructions
- Lay tortilla flat. Fill with chicken, cajun seasoning and cheese. Roll tightly, tucking ends in so the filling does not fall out.
- Saute in oil over medium heat until golden brown on all sides, about 4 minutes.
- Slice and put on a plate, garnish with avocado and sour cream.
