Apple Cheese Cake Zango
- 1 ea Apple, peeled, cored, and sliced
- 2 oz Apple cider
- 6 oz Apple juice
- 2 T Corn starch
- 2 T Water
- 1 ea 12” flour tortilla wrap
- 1 ea Cheesecake
- 1 oz Caramel sauce
- 2 oz Whipped cream
- 1 ea Apple for sliced garnish
Instructions- Combine apple, cider, and juice and bring to a boil. Mix cornstarch and water and slowly add to apple mixture. Let cool. Place apple mixture and cheesecake in tortilla and wrap sealing in ends so nothing leaks out. Slice on a bias and place on plate. Garnish with caramel, whipped cream, and sliced apple. Enjoy!
