Apple Cheese Cake Zango

  1. 1 ea                  Apple, peeled, cored, and sliced

  2. 2 oz                 Apple cider
  3. 6 oz                 Apple juice
  4. 2 T                   Corn starch
  5. 2 T                   Water
  6. 1 ea                  12” flour tortilla wrap
  7. 1 ea                  Cheesecake
  8. 1 oz                 Caramel sauce
  9. 2 oz                 Whipped cream
  10. 1 ea                  Apple for sliced garnish

 

Instructions- Combine apple, cider, and juice and bring to a boil.  Mix cornstarch and water and slowly add to apple mixture.  Let cool.  Place apple mixture and cheesecake in tortilla and wrap sealing in ends so nothing leaks out.  Slice on a bias and place on plate.  Garnish with caramel, whipped cream, and sliced apple.  Enjoy!
