Kathy Marden: The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Abduction: Its Significance in 2012
The 1961 abduction of Betty and Barney Hill garnered worldwide interest because it was the first publicized experience of its kind, and because there was ample evidence that it didn’t have an acceptable prosaic explanation. 51 years later, clear patterns are emerging that give us information on the ET’s suspected agenda. This new information adds significance to the Hill’s 1961 UFO abduction in Thornton, NH.
In this year’s exclusive presentation, internationally known scientific ufologist Kathleen Marden, (the Hill’s niece), will present the true story of the Betty and Barney Hill UFO abduction and breaking news from her latest research study on today’s abduction experiences. Her 23 years of abduction research and investigation, combined with her latest findings on little known commonalities among abduction experiencers, gives us insight into what it all means. There is an enormous amount of evidence with which most people are unfamiliar that indicates that aliens are visiting planet Earth and that governments are withholding information. There are a number of large scale scientific studies. There are thousands of physical trace evidence cases, dozens of multiple witness radar visual sightings, and many abductions. But there isn’t much evidence telling where our visitors originate. However, the Betty Hill Star Map gives us our best insight. The amazing fact is that the map’s base stars Zeta 1 and Zeta 2 Reticuli just happen to be the closest to each other pair of sun-like stars in our local galactic neighborhood. They are 30 times closer to each other than the sun is to the nearest star and a cool billion years older than the sun. We are not the top dogs in the region.

Kathleen and Stanton will be hosting the second “UFO weekend” at Indian Head Resort in Lincoln New Hampshire. Ms Marden is Betty Hill’s niece and oversees the Hill’s estate.

LINCOLN, NH – Indian Head Resort’s second “Betty and Barney Hill UFO weekend” will be taking place September 14 – 16, 2012. Again this year, the weekend will be hosted by author and scientific UFOlogist Kathleen Marden, niece of Betty Hill and custodian of the Hill’s estate. She is the MUTUAL UFO NETWORK’s Director of Abduction Studies. MUFON recently named Ms. Marden “UFOlogist of the Year” at the MUFON 2012 International Symposium held in Cincinnati, Ohio.
Once again, Kathy’s co-host and special guest will be Stanton Friedman , internationally-known UFOlogist, Nuclear Physicist, and author of numerous books including “Crash at Corona” “Top Secret/Majic” and Co-Author with Kathy Marden of “Captured! The Betty and Barney Hill UFO Experience” and “Science Was Wrong” Mr. Friedman became interested in UFOs in 1958, and since 1967 has lectured about them at more than 600 colleges and 100 professional groups in 50 U.S. states, 10 Canadian provinces and 18 other countries in addition to various nuclear consulting efforts.

Another feature of 2012’s UFO Weekend event will be a live broadcast of “the Kate Valentine UFO Show” on Friday September 14. Kate will interview Kathleen Marden and Stanton Friedman regarding their experiences as UFOlogists with a focus on the Betty and Barney Hill UFO abduction incident in 1961. The 51st Anniversary of Betty and Barney Hill’s UFO Experience at Indian Head Resort will include a guided tour of the Hill’s abduction route, a meet and greet with Ms. Marden and Mr. Friedman who will be signing copies of their books, and a screening of the rarely seen 1975 made for TV movie “The UFO Incident” based on the Betty and Barney Hill abduction.
